"Karin is the absolute BEST! My husband and I met Karin by 'accident' in April 2019 when we popped into one of her open houses while we were on vacation in Key West. We talked about our plan to retire there someday and we weren't sure when to pull the trigger on a place or how to go about it as we live out of state.She talked through the available options that were available. She was very knowledgable and thorough. No sales talk or pressure whatsoever. Just honest input and explanation of how the process could work. We decided on a condo and went forward with the offer and purchase. The transaction was smooth with her help and guidance. She went above and beyond our expectations of what a realtor normally does. I feel like we gained a great friend in Key West!!!! You should work with Karin for your home buying or selling needs!"

"My wife and I live in Michigan but plan to retire in Key West. We had no idea we would be able to purchase a home ahead of time until we met Karin. She explained to us that we could rent our home out until retirement time and save a lot of money by purchasing now and letting renters pay for it. She was so patient as she worked with two people that didn't know exactly what they wanted. We eventually found the perfect condo. Karin went above and beyond helping us through the process. With us being so far away from Key West she handled a lot of the local stuff for us. I couldn't imagine using anyone other than Karin for a Key West purchase, especially if you don't live there. It really seemed more like a relative helping us than just a realtor."
